At Solenne Jewellery, we aim to process and deliver your order with care. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
As our jewellery pieces may require careful inspection and preparation before dispatch, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for order processing or delivery.
Local Shipping — Malaysia
We offer shipping within Malaysia.
Estimated delivery time for local orders is usually 2–5 business days after your order has been dispatched, depending on your location and the courier service.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
Solenne Jewellery offers worldwide shipping to selected countries.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is usually 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, courier service, customs clearance, and local delivery procedures.
International delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, courier delays, or local regulations.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be stated clearly on our website or at checkout.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges may be imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fee unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country’s customs authorities.
Solenne Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid customs charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking details, where applicable.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
Solenne Jewellery is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at solennejewellery@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed parcel, or refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the parcel.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the courier service.
However, if your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at solennejewellery@gmail.com and we will assist you in following up with the courier.
For damaged parcels, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and item condition.
Pre-Order, Custom or Made-to-Order Jewellery
For pre-order, custom, or made-to-order jewellery pieces, the production timeline will be stated separately or communicated to you before purchase.
The shipping timeline begins only after the jewellery piece is completed, inspected, and ready for dispatch.
