Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from Solenne Jewellery, you agree to the following terms:
1. Product Information
Each Solenne piece is CAD-designed, casted, and finished by hand. Slight variations in finishing may occur due to the hand-polishing process. Natural gemstones may contain inclusions or colour variations, which are part of their unique natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders will only be processed upon payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
Custom or bespoke pieces may require a deposit prior to production and are generally non-refundable once production has begun.
3. Production Lead Time
Estimated lead times will be communicated upon confirmation. Delays may occasionally occur due to sourcing or production processes.
4. Returns & Defects
Each piece undergoes proper quality inspection prior to release.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, returns or assessments may be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
To qualify:
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications will not be accepted
Approved refunds will be credited back according to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Custom & Personalised Pieces
Custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
6. Jewellery Care
Customers are advised to avoid exposure to chemicals, moisture, perfumes, and impact to preserve the longevity of the jewellery.
7. Shipping
Solenne Jewellery is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or damages occurring during transit once the parcel has been dispatched.
